Bad Essay Writers: Are You One Of Them?

Posted by admin on 1st January and posted in 20

ARE there ways to find out if you’re one of the many bad essay writers around, despite the fact that essay writing is your no. 1 passion?
The answer is YES! And listed below are the qualities that make bad essay writers. Take note if, as an essay writer, you have the following traits:

1. I love to write essays, but only when I feel like writing. I don’t believe in what expert essay writers say that I have to write an essay on just about anything every now and then to polish my skill—I might lose or diminish my “creative talent” if I exploit it too often. If I have the talent, it would always naturally come out, no need to practice to make it perfect.

2. I hate to read. Browsing the works of other gifted essay writers will just pollute the originality and creativeness of my thoughts, and I might be accused of picking up on their styles. As long as I’m conscious with my grammar and I have a way with words, then I’m on track.

3. One rough draft is just fine with me. And who says that good essay writing is all about writing and re-writing an essay or essays? Genuine essay writers never revise their work, as they are able to write in order what comes out of their brilliant minds. Only dumb and slow writers revise their work over and over again.

4. I don’t need a lot of experiences in life. To write convincing essays, why does it have to follow that I should have a lot of experiences in life? I believe more in the saying that, “Imagination is the most wonderful substitute for any experience.”

5. I always start at the beginning. No matter what and no matter how, I must adhere to a process, which is to always start at the beginning of my essay—and that’s even if I have a very good idea for the middle or for the last part of my piece of writing. I have to follow a certain path or pattern when it comes to essay writing.

6. I edit as I go. I would rather write nothing than stuff my paper with trash. And each of the sentences in my essay must not be left unpolished.

7. I write essays simultaneously. If I couldn’t focus on a certain essay, I would write another one—it’s better to reroute my energy to a more doable writing activity. Whether I could come up with something that’s worth reading or not, I can write more than a couple of essays at the same time.

8. I use a lot of highfalutin words. Why write to express what it is that I feel when I can impress my readers and give them the inkling that I have a high level of brain power? After all, it’s not my fault if I am an exceptional essay writer and they are not! Prefer the complex over the simple, try to use complicated words for a change. If you follow this technique, you could lengthen all your essays effortlessly.

9. I am addicted with my writing style. It’s not part of essay writers’ job to bring in fresh ideas to the world. If I change my style of writing every now and then, I might lose all my readers.

10. I am contented with topics that I can only write. Why do I have to learn how to meow when I can only bark in the first place? The same principle goes in essay writing. I would rather concentrate on writing essays about topics where I am good at. I don’t need to explore or experiment as it will not get me to anywhere.

If you have more than five of these qualities that typify bad essay writers, then you’re at the wrong path. But if you are determined to become an exceptional essay writer, just do the opposite of every negative trait listed above. Remember that change is always good! Happy essay writing!

How To Write Essay

Posted by admin on 1st January and posted in 18

Every year ordering custom essay becomes more popular among students. Many potential clients consider using custom writing services because it saves their time, helps them to concentrate on their favorite subjects and offers more opportunities for personal development allowing active involvement in interesting activities besides studies. One of our writers decided to conduct research on different approaches to essay writing. He recorded the story of his friend who shared with him his experience of writing an essay for his English Literature class:

…During my sophomore year at high school I was assigned to write an argumentative essay on any topic. I showed the first draft of the essay to my teacher. He read it carefully and then said, “This essay is not what I want.” I felt disappointed and angry at the same time. What’s wrong with my essay? Why didn’t he explain?

I came home and decided to read it again. The first thing that I noticed was the introduction that didn’t catch attention of the readers. My essay was about gender inequalities and employment. I started with describing historical events related to gender issues and illustrating some facts which did not explain the topic of my essay. Therefore, I revised the introductory paragraph of the essay providing striking statistics about progression of gender inequalities for certain job positions. The introduction became interesting to read because the facts in the introductory part of my essay were taken from sources which were difficult to access and not actively “advertised”. Because of the uniqueness of the introduction readers were easily involved into the process of reading the essay; their desire was driven by their curiosity in further development of my arguments.

However, my introduction was still not perfect. The next element that I had to revise was my thesis statement. Thesis helps a reader to focus on the main point that a writer is going to prove by his/her essay. It may seem easy because before writing an essay you record your central idea immediately and then collect information and build your writing process in accordance with the main idea. Nevertheless, the thesis statement that you have in your mind may not be persuasive in written form. It is essential to remember that your thesis statement is not a summary of the essay that you were assigned to write. On the contrary, it is your standpoint on the chosen topic.

Thus, it should include your own opinion, the opposite point of view and the summary of supportive facts which will be presented further in the essay. The question is how to fit all those elements into one sentence of your thesis statement. It may take quite a long time. However, if you manage to write strong thesis statement you’ll succeed in presenting the complex idea of your essay using simple text. It does not mean using simple vocabulary; it rather means developing more persuasive arguments and making your essay easier to read. The thesis statement in my essay was: “According to sociological research, in multinational companies women have fewer opportunities than men to be hired for managerial positions.”

I thought it was a perfect thesis statement; however, it was absolutely unacceptable. To begin with, the thesis statement of my essay was biased because it did not reflect the point of view of the opposite party. Besides, the main points which support the idea of the essay were not summarized in the thesis statement. Thus, I revised the thesis sentence and wrote the following:

“Even though some researchers believe that the new perception of the role of women in modern society established equal opportunities for men and women, psychological indicators and sociological findings demonstrate that women have fewer opportunities to be hired for managerial positions in multinational companies.”

At last I finished my work on the thesis statement! The writing process went smoothly. I already had the structure of the essay in my head. First, I recorded the first sentences which explained the central idea of each paragraph in the main body of the essay. Later I reorganized my notes which I took while reading useful literature on my topic and supplied each paragraph with the evidence that supported my arguments.

In the conclusion, I summarized the key points and restated the thesis. I showed the second draft to my teacher and his only comment was, “I’m glad that you learnt how to write an essay.”…

Probably this story will remind you your personal experience of learning how to write essays. The story is interesting because this student discovered himself those mistakes that he made while writing the first draft of his essay. His knowledge came from practice. He was able to write a good essay help but he would spend less time on his improvement if he did research and used online guides on writing essays.

Essay Topics Are Easy To Find

Posted by admin on 1st January and posted in 14

The hardest thing in essay writing is getting started. And every beginning depends on the topic chosen. A topic comes before researching, preparing, and writing. You need to come up with good essay topics to effectively drive your point home. In fact, these literary texts, as the name implies, are created to persuade readers to your way of thinking.

In more ways the interesting essay topics should convey the meaning of your reasoning. In fact, the topic should be constructed in a direct and concise manner, leaving no room for error and purely debatable.

However, a good topic that is carefully chosen and prepared with interest will be much more effective than one that is assigned, but doesn’t mean a thing. And techniques for choosing a topic are extremely easy.

Look around you. It’s amazing how many things happen around us, and we barely notice them. We wait until the media chooses something that is “important”, and gives it to us on a nice plate. But if you look around, you’ll notice things that are much more important than how many people died in a car crash, or what are American policies towards Third World Countries. Next time you are assigned an essay, just put on tennis shoes and go for a walk. While walking, simply look around. You will probably need a notebook and a pen to write down all the events that go on around you. Look at the people that pass you by. What do their faces look like? You can try to classify them. If not, see how people behave when waiting for the green light. Do they wait impatiently, stand without emotions, or look attentively around? Write about children playing in the park, their Mothers, dog-owners and their dogs, a flower that blooms near your mailbox…. Do you want to say it’s not enough?

If you are willing to try yourself in analyzing events, than start reading newspapers and watching news. If you have some time to prepare before turning in your essay writing (a week or so), choose one major event, and follow its development during this week. See how its description in a newspaper differs from that one on the TV. Make connections, draw conclusions, think and analyze. Summarize, or make predictions. It’s your essay paper, and everything is up to you.

If you are reading a book that fascinates you, you can write on its topic. An author always has a universal truth to bring to you across his book. Talk about this universal truth. Also, you can just make up your own story basing on that one of an author.
A camera can be your best friend. You can even make some sort of commixes for your essay writing.

Online essay topic is one of the easiest ways to go. Depending on the type of essay writing you need to type in its name and the word “topics”. You’ll see how many variants, opportunities, and propositions are available absolutely fro free. If you are not satisfied with a topic, use only its key idea.

Have you ever tried to analyze your day? Those who use write diaries will have no problems with it. If you are not among them, then this is the day you become like a diary owner yourself. Just for a while, so don’t worry. Simply sit down at our table, take a piece of paper and a pen, and write down what happened during this day. Don’t think about what you’re writing. Let your conscience decide, which events to choose. Your part in this writing will be only jotting down the ideas. When you go over your notes, you will definitely come up with an idea for an essay paper.

Get Essay Help When You Are Out Of Time

Posted by admin on 1st January and posted in 12

In the academic world, it is always a fight against time. With essays to write and exams to read for, there is hardly enough time to have a life outside the books. But with the world being what it is today, it seems that is the process that has to be undergone in getting a good life after the college.

Essays are important in more ways than one. They help you show your understanding of a particular subject in a discipline so that you can become better at what you will ultimately become. That is why they are an integral part of college. They give the student the chance to go out there and fund out more than the instructor has given. Students understand that. A good essay is supposed to be extensively researched, citing sources where other authors have showcased their work. It is supposed to pass ideas and develop a strong argument that is both interesting all the while capturing all the requirements and sticking to the main title.

But even with the good that they do, it becomes hard to do about four or five of them when you have classes to attend and a final exam to read for. The scenario usually is two papers are due the same week, and you have not completed, or worse started on any of them. This is not news in most of the higher learning institutions and a good handful find themselves unable to provide a quality essay on time, all the while preparing for an exam that is part of the academic transcript.

In cases such as this, there is always the option of getting outside help with the essays. Not because you cannot do it or the subject is too hard for you to pick a starting point (though this is sometimes the case) but because you really don’t have enough time to do all that is required. If you tried you would provide a paper that is less on quality than it was suppose to be. That is how important the help becomes; it gives you a chance to focus on other equally important things. It is a classic case of killing two birds with one stone.

When you get essay help, you get the chance to talk to the writer who helps you with the work and instruct them on every little detail that you want included in the essay. That means that you give it a personal touch to make it look like it was written by you. It goes without saying that you have to pay for the help but I think with the academic importance, the money does not become an issue.

The best thing about the help is it gives you the flexibility. You no longer have to spend a whole night compiling it when it’s due the next day because someone else with more time on their hands can take up the responsibility. It’s the best thing to do when you need the essay help done quickly.

How To Write A Medical Or Science Essay

Posted by admin on 1st January and posted in 10

“Do not write so that you can be understood; write so that you cannot be misunderstood.”
Epictetus

During my time at Oxford University Medical School I learned to write well-reasoned, engaging essays. In later years, while at Kings College Medical School, I learned to teach students to write in a similar manner. The stamina engendered by the Oxford tutorial system meant that I was frequently writing five essays a week, meaning that clarity and good structure were essential components to an essay to make sense of the onslaught of information. Essay writing is still an essential skill for medical students to acquire, in order to think through complex arguments that mirror the process of making differential diagnoses when a practising doctor. Certain key approaches are essential for whatever topic is being tackled.

Examine the question
Take time to study the question that is being asked. Frequently, subtleties can be gleaned from the phrasing of the question that may not be evident on first glance. The question could be turned on its head, allowing for different arguments to be presented in the body of the essay. It is tempting to launch into an essay that includes everything you know on the topic in the question, but this may miss the angle that the person who set the essay is interested in, losing valuable marks on relevancy. What does the question ask you to do? Is it to “compare”, “analyse” or “contrast” the subjects, for example? Remember to refer back to the question when you are writing the body of the essay to ensure you do not stray too far from the central core of the problem.

Planning the essay
Although it only takes five minutes, this is the most crucial part of writing an essay. The essay plan is the battlefield on which the war of the essay is won or lost. On a fresh piece of paper, jot down all that you know on the topic area covered by the question. It can be helpful to give each paragraph a heading. As you write, fresh information will occur to you, parallels will be drawn and conclusions reached. Keep this essay plan close by as you write, and add to it during the process.

Organise the essay
The introductory paragraph of the essay is a chance to deconstruct the title, with an opportunity to explore what is really meant by the question, and explain how you will respond to it. If more than one option is possible from the wording, state which you will explore in the essay at this point. It is acceptable to include some facts in this opening paragraph to introduce the subject to the reader, but it is important to keep these broad at this point.
Each subsequent paragraph should be based on a related topic covered by the essay title. The open sentence of each paragraph should outline what will be written in the paragraph, and the rest of the paragraph should be devoted to evidence to support that outline. This will include your own analysis of evidence that you have read and quotations from source materials. Quotations should be in quotation marks, with the author’s name and year of writing written in brackets at the end of the quote. The closing line of each paragraph should attempt to lead onto the beginning of the next paragraph, known as “the hook”, and this should be considered when constructing your essay plan.

Conclusions
The final paragraph should be reserved for your conclusions or conclusion, but avoid making this too abruptly. It is useful to summarise the arguments you have covered, and draw your essay to a close. I always endeavoured to add to this traditional ending by highlighting areas of further research that are ongoing and may lead to new revelations, presenting the conclusions to the essay while looking to the future. Or it may be appropriate to close with an interesting quote that you have come across in your reading that is relevant in a broad sense to your essay or conclusion.

Read through the essay
This may seem unnecessary to say, but giving your essay just one proofreading read through can save you important marks for spelling and grammar. However, reading through can also highlight areas you have neglected in your arguments. Compare your initial essay plan to your finished essay to check you have covered all the topics you originally thought of. Although unnecessary for an exam essay, for a term-time essay help it may be necessary to construct a bibliography.

Closing comments
Finally, try to develop a style to your writing that is engaging to the reader. It is useful to read certain authors to seek suggestions for this style, ranging from Richard Dawkins to Matt Ridley. Try to be concise and avoid the temptation to waffle without making a clear point. And lastly, avoid a purely journalistic style, but also be wary of an overly scientific, bland approach.
